Most common pet furniture seen in homes is nothing more than a pillow. Inexpensive, mass produced items can be purchased from most local pet stores. These pieces offer your pet their own private sleeping space.

While most pet owners have simple pieces of pet furniture, there are other options available. Many companies design and manufacture very high end pieces that are basically scale models of furniture pieces you would find in an expensive boutique. These items can be as simple as a small chair, or as ornate as an oak four-post bed.

Many companies made pet furniture specifically designed for cats. These items offer climbing space, as well as places to hide out. Some of these pieces can be quite complex and expensive.
